What this website does and doesn’t collect.
Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from anybody else. There is no form to fill in. The only thing kept on your device is whether you chose light or dark mode.
Who we are
This website is run by RB Digital, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as Angel Hub. For anything in this notice, write to info@angelhub.co.uk.
This notice covers this website — angelhub.co.uk. The Angel Hub application that hotels use is a separate service, and if you become a customer the agreement covering it is separate from this notice.
What we don’t do
No cookies. No analytics or tracking pixels. No advertising. No third-party scripts or fonts — every file the site loads comes from this domain. No forms, so there is nothing to submit.
That isn’t a promise about the future — it is how the site is built today, and you can check it yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, look at the network tab, and you will see requests to this domain and nowhere else.
What is stored on your device
One thing, and only if you use the light/dark button (in the header on a computer, in the menu on a phone): your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name ah-theme. It stays on your device, it is never sent to us, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it.
What our hosting provider handles
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver a page and to protect the site from attack — including your IP address, the time of the request, which page you asked for, and your browser type.
We can see aggregate figures in Cloudflare’s dashboard, such as how many requests the site served. We have no analytics that identify individual visitors, and we do not build profiles of people who read the site.
If you email us
The address on this site is info@angelhub.co.uk. Mail to it is routed by Cloudflare to a mailbox provided by Google, where we read and reply to it.
We use what you send us to answer you and, if it leads to business between us, to keep an ordinary record of our dealings. We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for that, and delete them when they are not.
Our lawful basis
Under UK data protection law we rely on legitimate interests — running a website and replying to people who choose to contact us. You are not required to give us anything to read this site.
Who else sees your information
Nobody, beyond the providers who make the site and our email work:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting the website and routing email sent to our address.
- Google — the mailbox where our email lands.
We do not sell information about visitors, and we do not share it for advertising. We would disclose something only if the law required it.
Where your information goes
Cloudflare and Google are US companies operating global networks, so information may be processed outside the UK. Both provide contractual safeguards for international transfers of the kind UK law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@angelhub.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first, so we can put it right.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the site works — for example by adding a contact form or analytics — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change goes live.
