Terms
The rules for using this website.
Plain terms for reading these pages: what the compliance guidance is and isn’t, what the published prices mean, and who owns what. Nothing here is the agreement for the Angel Hub service itself — that is separate, and you would see it before becoming a customer.
Who we are
This website is run by RB Digital, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as Angel Hub. You can reach us at info@angelhub.co.uk. By using this site you accept these terms.
Using the site
You are welcome to read these pages, print them, and share links to them. Please don’t try to break into the site, overload it, copy it wholesale, or use it in a way that stops other people reading it.
The compliance guidance is general information
The compliance pages are general guidance for hospitality businesses in England, with sources — not legal advice. Verify anything you rely on against the source we cite and against your own risk assessments.
We say plainly on each requirement whether it comes from law or from official guidance, because the difference matters. Rules change, and your own circumstances decide what applies to you: the responsibility for your premises stays with you and your professional advisers.
Prices shown here
The prices on this site are our current list prices for the Angel Hub service and are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the rate in force. They are given for information: they are not an offer, and reading them does not create a contract. Prices can change, and what you would actually pay is set out in the agreement you sign.
Our content and name
The words, design, photographs, product screenshots, and the Angel Hub name and mark on this site belong to us. Quote us with attribution and link back by all means. Don’t republish substantial parts as your own, and don’t use the Angel Hub name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Legislation and official guidance we quote or link to belongs to its own publishers, and their terms apply to it.
Links to other websites
We link out to legislation, regulators and trade bodies so you can check what we say. Those sites are not ours, we don’t control what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement.
Availability
We try to keep this site up and correct, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove pages without notice.
Our liability
We are not liable for loss you suffer through relying on general information on this website, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
If you are a consumer rather than a business, these terms don’t affect your statutory rights.
Privacy
How this site handles information is set out in our privacy notice. In short: no cookies, no analytics, and nothing loaded from anybody else.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
